الوصف الوظيفي HR Manager - KSA National An oil and gas company are looking for a proven HR manager to be based in Saudi Arabia (Khobar Region) to head up HR operations and manager HR policies and procedures to assist the business throughout Saudi Arabia and other geographies of future operation. Candidate MUST have the following skills/experience: - Minimum of 8 years hands on experience in HR - Oil & Gas work experience - HR Management experience - Strong knowledge of the various HR functions (E.g Training and performance management, employee handbooks & contracts, HR policies and procedures and strategic HR work force planning) - Extensive knowledge of the KSA labour law- Awareness of Middle East (GCC & Iraq) Labour Laws and requirements - Degree educated- Excellent English language Remuneration: Competitive Package (Candidates MUST be Saudi Nationals) Sthree UAE is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
