الوصف الوظيفي Provide leadership and guidance to assigned teams in developing and implementing performance improvement plans. Monitor and track team performance and provide feedback to assist teams in taking corrective actions to address deviations. Coach, train, develop, and motivate Team Leaders to effectively coordinate team member work efforts through effective feedback and participative management methods. Develop strong and effective linkages and relationships with the Production Manager, other Resource Support Teams, and Coaches responsible for other machine teams. Define team development strategies that effectively utilize these resources to improve team performance. Support an effective Daily Operations Meeting Process through high participation, involvement, and problems solving leadership. Develop strong linkage and cooperation with the Team Leaders, and Process, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers to develop and execute the overall maintenance strategy and continuous improvement projects. Develop a thorough knowledge of machine and product technology and processes. Ensure technical experts (e.g. Mechanical Experts, Electrical Experts, Process Engineers, Equipment Vendors, etc.) transfer knowledge and skills to operating team members. Provide coaching and direction to Team Leaders and team members to establish team performance goals, consistent with department’s performance objectives. Ensure consistent application of Company policies and guidelines for attendance, discipline, performance appraisal, etc. Work with Team Leaders to take necessary corrective actions for team member performance issues. Be a knowledgeable and capable resource with respect to Employee Relation issues concerning the objectives of a Self-Managed Work Team (SMWT), employee diversity, and other issues impacting optimum development of teams. Foster group decision making and teamwork through open and honest communication, constructive feedback, delegating authority, positive performance reinforcement and healthy relationships based on mutual trust, respect, and personal dignity of every employee. Represent the company in the absence of an on-site Management resource. Prepare the periodic reports and annual budget for areas of responsibility. Prepare the SKU change over form, liaison with production Coordinator, Quality personnel, and technical department in order to ensure machine and materials readiness to produce the specified SKU Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
