Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Director will be a self-starter who will hunt for new business as well as manage existing clients. In addition to this, the development of a sound business acquisition strategy and building a team would be included in the responsibilities of the Business Development Director.

Develop the Business Development StrategyAcquire new business by leveraging off your existing contacts and networkTrack and report progress as well as implementation of the strategic plan, customer budgets and forecastsTrain the business development team regarding the different phases of the sales cyclePerformance analysis and managementContract negotiation and closing deals
Profile
Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervisionAbility to build a flourishing sales teamExisting network of contacts within the Energy sector of KSAExcellent Communications skills in English and preferably ArabicProven track record of business development successA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
