Jop Purpose
Overseeing and coordinating the outsourced facility management company and vendors who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems within the KAEC NDC boundry.
Responsible for evaluating problematic situations and determining what services need to be performed.

Main Responsibilities
Coordinates on-site maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the NDC Boundary
Ensure all services schedules for site service equipment are accurate and up to date
Ensure the efficient and cost effective running of the facility departments through monitoring and analysis
Effectively communicates with stakeholders in high-impact scenarios
Developms and maintains standards and tools for projects for improvements
Monitors external suppliers/subcontractors
Monitors and reacts upon facility monitoring systems.
Ensure the safety and welfare of both his and other colleagues
Identifying root cause of faults and production effecting errors and react upon them
Work with the operation team to ensure maximum equipment availability
Analyzes systems operation reports to track and identify opportunities for continued improvements
Trains internal and external customers to increase system knowledge, resolve issues and prevent issues from recurring
Attends and participates in customer and internal meetings
Updates systems manuals
المهارات
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, HVAC, Power generation, fire safety systems
1-3 Years of equipment maintenance experience preferably with facility management
Essential Skills
Technical problems diagnosis
Able to analyze and resolve technical issues through fault diagnosis on all mechanical and electrical automation systems. Be able to navigate electrical schematic drawings. Must understand safe electrical working practices
Equipment & Environmental safety awareness
Takes personal responsibility for health and safety for both themselves and their colleagues in accordance with the Binzagr health and safety
Maintain and repai equipment
Has experience with planned maintenance and servicing industrial eqiopment. To fully understand the use of electrical test eqiopment. Must be able to work in a safe and clean manner
Skilled
Equipment Knowledge
Have a good working knowledge of industrial automation. Understand the principles of bothelectrical and mechanical equipment within an FMCG environment. Has a dundamental knowledge of conveyor systems and cranes.
Instructing
Be instrumental in the development of both themselves and their colleagues possess a willingness to educate and mentor others.
