Conduct Reliability Enhancement Program to improve overall reliability of RPC service mainly focusing
on maintenance.
Overall Reliability Enhancement Program of all RPC services
Maintenance Program (RCM, RBI, Bad Actor, Life Cycle Management, Maintenance Prevention etc.)
Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS)
Managing and improving inspection programs
Statistical Analyzing of records to develop strategy
Handling critical troubles
ERM Representative
Managing routine QA/QC job and condition monitoring
المهارات
University graduate / BS degree (Mechanical or related fields) with Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 15-year experience with 8 years of management in utility plant, e.g. supplying power and steam
5-year experience of refineries or chemical plants. (Preferably)
Knowledge, Skills and other Qualifications
Attentive understanding on cross-cultural issues
Excellent interpersonal skill with speaking and writing in English
Strong problem solving skill
Strong negotiation skill
Knowledge about Operation and Maintenance
Knowledge about utility plant such as the generation of power, steam and water
