To do preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of refinery Field located Industrial Control Systems Equipment ( ICSE) including PLCs/ PLC cabinets and other software based ICSE equipment..
Successful candidate should be highly skilled in PLCs and low voltage electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
المهارات
1) Previous experience in similar industry and awareness of oil industry safety procedure and work permitting requirements.
2) Proven experience in maintaining programmable logic controllers including but not limited to Alen Bradly and Siemens PLCs hardware and ability to learn dealing with other PLCs types.
3) Highly skilled in troubleshooting inside PLC cabinet and identifying failed components (e.g. power supply, fuses, diodes, loss connection, shorts, grounding, etc)
4) Highly skilled in low voltage DC circuits components and troubleshooting ( i.e. 110 VDC and below)
5 Basic Knowledge of small standalone TCP/IP based networks including ability to establish connectivity of maintenance laptops to PLCs including, following ladder logic, dumping alarms, doing backups and/or program restore.
6) Ability to read, understand and follow vendor manuals for doing PM and repair.
7) Candidates must have transferable Iqama.
