Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis

Experience in Mega project as project manager / construction manager with effective leadership, excellent communication & strong analytical / problem solving / organizational abilities / interface management.
Experience in telecommunication equipment / construction of communication manhole / duct bank system / outside plant OSP / Fiber optic & copper cable installation, testing & commissioning. commissioning, operating & maintenance of transmission system, intelligent multiplexer, microwave radios, TETRA Radios / structure cabling system SCS installation, testing & commissioning including all associated pathway construction.
