الوصف الوظيفي Planning Assistance & Implementation ‒ Assist in the design and development of the department Sales and Marketing Plan. ‒ Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales. ‒ Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline. ‒ Organize sales visits as and when required. ‒ Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements. Pre and Post Sale Activities ‒ Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations. ‒ Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs. ‒ Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education. ‒ Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required. ‒ Follow up on collections. Support & Reporting ‒ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report Daily Reports and discuss on weekly basis ‒ Support company marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, etc., when requested. المهارات Ability to Make Decision .
