Experience –
Senior/Mid Senior Level (5+ yrs.) : should be able to interact directly with business folks, Architects, and dependent technical crews and be responsible for end to end delivery of business functionality of the tool (req, build, demo, test, deploy, performance tune & prod support)
Skill Set Required:
1) Experience in IBM BPM (Business Process Manager), BAW (Business Automation Workflow) skills such as Business Integration modules.
2) Strong hands on experience in BPM’s BPDs (Process Designer), IIDs (Integration Designer), Coach framework
3) Strong hands on debugging skills on WebSphere Process Server application issues
4) Experience in SCA module, Mediation flows, Business Proess Models, imports/exports, MQ Listeners, Activation Specifications, JNDI configurations.
5) Experience with querying/integrating relational databases (DB2,,Oracle, SQL Server).
6) Knowledge on ODM (IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management) including Rule Studio, RES, DVS, Decision Warehouse, Decision server, etc.
Skill Set Preferred:
1) Good to have IBM on Cloud, Migration Experience.
2) Demonstrated Administration skills such as configuration of deployment of Business Integration modules
3) Good communication and presentation skills to provide platform support to all stakeholders.
4) Knowledge on Core Java (OOD, Collection Framework, IO system, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Generics), J2EE frameworks, spring boot.
