الوصف الوظيفي · Ability to communicate with Chief Mechanics/team leaders on job status · Ensuring tight control of the operation through maximizing revenue and minimizing cost · Ensures that loading is balanced across the workshop each day · Develop training plans to improve workshop skills and competencies · Follow up on unavailable parts and all aspects of parts delays · Ability to identify and resolve technical & operational problems · Understanding of available skills set to ensure delivery of required training to Mechanics · Ensure compliance to internal working practices · Manage attendance and handle minor personnel issues · Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated and safe for use · Skill in implementing a “Quality” driven culture · Ability to liaise with Reception on potential delays · Ensure productive and cost efficient operation · Chair daily reviews with Reception Staff & Chief Mechanics Raise action plan for issues raised with teams · Ensure process compliance within workshops & reception (including follow up calls for pre-booked) · Resolve issues raised by customers · Ensure attendance and schedule holidays · Assist in technical problem diagnosis · Monitor taken hours against standards · Review delayed jobs and ensure customer is notified · Ensure all completed jobs are invoiced promptly المهارات Diploma - Technical / Mechanical Automotive Additional Qualification: · Has a Customer Management Experience · Ability to communicate with clients, providers, and Subordinates · Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) Related Work Experience: · 5 years’ experience related to the workshop supervision & customer services · Must have Multi Brand Quick Service Experience Must have Workshop Management OR Supervisory Experience تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/workshop-manager-multi-brand-quick-service-4258308/ |
