Prepare and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s sales intake and assures a consistent growth
Secure order intake against agreed profit margins
Transform prospects and Tier-one customer relations into strategic key accounts
Translate the strategic sales plan into dept. actions and manage expected output
Lead and provide guidance to all dept. members
Manage and assure compliance to proposal and pricing strategy
Present monthly sales reports to Division Manager
Identify emerging markets and respond with a fit for purpose strategy
Recognize risk at an early stage and respond with a firm risk elimination strategy
Review and update our client database continuously
Ensure continuous improvement of the dept.; develop and implement a set of best practices that will serve to increase the efficiency and effectiveness
Review all pricing sheets and proposals prior to client submission
Set dept. employees’ personal objectives and perform assessment interviews before year end
Coach and empower department employees to continuously improve their skills and core competencies
Leading selection interviews for any dept. vacancies
Monitor and assure compliance to dept. procedures and policies.
المهارات
Level of education & experience
· Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or commercial study, with min 10 years of relevant working experience related to Division’s portfolio
Core Competencies
Strong work ethic and “Can do” attitude
Existing network of key contacts within our market domain with the ability to convert these relationships into new business
Proficient commercial acumen and high competition awareness
Proficient in negotiation and deal closing skills
Communicating with authority and with conviction especially in challenging situations
Strong decision making skills especially when uncertainties are present
Strong leadership and people management skills
Giving a high priority to client satisfaction however never jeopardizing company’s profitability
