Status: Married after 3- months successful probation on single status
Requirements
*Higher education / Degree preferred in Catering & Food Services with all necessary H&S;vocational training up to date
*Fully HACCP certified
*Minimum 15- years at management level including at least 5- years in multi-site management roles
*Previous MENA work experience is ideal in volume market catering operations for multi-cultural menus for Clients
*Full competence in P&L;reports, estimations for new projects as well as doing Audits & cost reviews on existing operations
*Excellent customer care skills & personal image also vital when dealing with high profile Clients & setting standards for staff

Large & well-established Catering Contractor that TASKFORCE has traded with for over 20- years. The work sites for this senior management appointment will be Kingdom-wide so you will be traveling East & West, with your full-time residency most likely on East Coast / Gulf side. This industry of Contract Catering at a large scale is a rapidly growing business in KSA due to the country’s future plans for grand-scale new Mega-cities like The NEOM city project.
