• Support organisation design process in the BU
• Perform talent acquisition and recruitment activities in the BU
• Facilitate and monitor onboarding process in the BU
• Report on training, learning and development in the BU
• Facilitate training and status report on performance management in the BU
• Manage employee relations in the BU
• Facilitate and report on employee engagement initiatives in the BU
• Report and compliance of policies and procedures in the BU
• People Management
• Comply with health, safety and environment policy
• Risk Management

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• SHRM, CIPD or equivalent (advantageous)
Knowledge
• Saudi Labour Law
• Language Proficiency
• Arabic, English (fluent)
• French (advantageous)
Experience
• Minimum of 6 years experience in HR Administration
