Metering Technician

Shall have min of 2+ years of experience with following skillset Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all online analyser and metering systems. (These include, but are not limited to auxiliary equipment, local PLCs, local control panels, gas and liquid sample conditioning techniques and custody transfer meters.) Responsible for fault diagnostics and repairs of all online analyser and metering equipment in a safe manner in line with company procedures and practices. Responsibility for the overall integrity and reliability of all online analyser and metering systems for LNG facility. Responsible for the routine calibrations and testing of all field metering equipment, analysers & associated instruments. This will include but not limited to: Maintenance, repair, installation, trouble shooting, calibration, validation, custody transfer, flow meter proving. Review and predict routine maintenance, shutdown maintenance requirements for the facility. Communicate progress on tasks and objectives to analyser & metering team lead on a regular basis. Use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), SAP, PI, LIMS, SQC.
