2. Has good knowledge in steel welding, plate sharpening,
and general maintenance.
3. Has to be well organized, has management time and
leadership skills with clear communication.
4. Very detailed person and able to solve problems and make
decisions.
5. Solid understanding of machines maintenance, repairs and
refurbishments.
6. Prepare tracking maintenance job orders, spare parts,
Machines History and maintenance log for wood machines.
7. Make recommendations for improving plants Operation and
Production.
8. Improve breakdowns reaction time with the minimum
break down time through a continuous improvement plan.
9. Maintain the common spare parts needed for the plant to
guarantee machine’s down times are kept to an absolute
minimum.
