JOB DESCRIPTION
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities into an actual business.
• Efficient collaboration with Sales Associate.
• Build business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure continuous business development.
• Adopt a customized approach as per client analysis requirements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs.
• Build long-lasting client relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Evaluate sales strategies’ effectiveness.
• Monitor analyze sales and market trends.
• Provide accurate sales activity reports and relevant pipeline information when required and able to fully utilize the CRM system for all sales activities.
• Establish customer agreements and ensure that piercing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customers’ prices are reviewed on a regular basis, and initiate a re-negotiation in case of discrepancy between actual and promised volumes.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure success business fluctuation and possible business at risk, take appropriate action internally or/and with the customer.
• Promote Fulfillment Bridge brand and values through own appearance in a manner that reflects the company’s high standards and develops customer loyalty.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor s degree in Business or equivalent.
• Experience selling a service or product.
• Knowledge in logistics, and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of CRM system.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Resilient, able to handle rejection, and stay motivated.
• Very comfortable with new technology.
• Organized and excellent with time management.
• Self-Confident and results-driven
• English, French, and Arabic
