Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our PMC organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products, service and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilize your knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
• Execute actions to achieve metering skid & aftersales order. Target key account and new account development / vendor approvals / demand generation / spec management to get competitive advantage / new product launch.
• Pull opportunity through the sales cycle, negotiations, internal checks, internal escalation processes, Commercial and legal review of order/contract, through booking and handover.
• Responsible for aftersales business including service revenue, execution of migration/upgrade project including long term service contract
• Follow up on payments/invoices is by the finance/collection team. However, sales play a role in problem resolution when payment issues are being escalated.
• Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
• Develop and maximize Honeywell’s presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Experience in selling product, solution and aftersales, preferred Oil & Gas sector
• Responsiveness: Forecast Accuracy and on-time submission of reporting
• Quality and strength of account plans and strategy
• Customer visit
• Right /diverse contact points in the customer organization
• Developing and Executing account management
• Ability to work independently
• Results-driven
