Our Client, the largest PMC is currently recruiting for Commissioning Manager position for their project in Saudi Arabia. Candidate should be available in Saudi Arabia on TRANSFERABLE IQAMA and can join immediately on short notice.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring HSSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Provides overall guidance from a commissioning perspective to the EPC contractor personnel from his area of responsibility to ensure that commissioning and operational aspects of the project are identified and implemented in the overall project execution strategy followed by close supervision to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Provides leadership to the PMT commissioning Team, EPC contractor commissioning engineers and their respective teams.
• Develop and implement a dedicated HSSE commissioning program, to ensure that specific risks associated with pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities are managed during the execution of the work.
Qualifications:
• B Sc in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 18 years of experience in construction, operations and commissioning experience of which 10 years’ experience managing site activities and supervision of site personnel for commissioning and operation of major Oil and Gas construction Projects.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Functional management, leadership and teambuilding skills.
