الوصف الوظيفي

* Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions to improve performance or compliance

* Financial modeling and analysis

* Estimation of project capital and operating costs

* Preliminary Economic Assessments, scoping, prefeasibility, and feasibility studies

* Process engineering experience, including material balances, test work, equipment sizing, recovery analysis

* Manage, supervise, direct, coordinate and coach the activities of employees engaged in the metallurgical processes ensuring Safe Operating Procedures are followed

* Develop and manage reporting systems, such as financial, forecast, engineering, and metallurgical

المهارات
*Bachelor’s degree in related field (ie. Metallurgy, Chemistry or related engineering discipline)

*+5 years Experience

*Advanced (written & spoken)

*Technical and practical experience in mining, metallurgy, assaying & met accounting (including software)

*Strong problem-solving, teamwork and ability to develop and foster strong working relationships * Excellent Safety Record

* Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask and prioritize work, self-driven

* Knowledge of the principles and methods used in complex metallurgical and processing analyses
