الوصف الوظيفي * Monitor and maintain plant equipment (temps, speeds, flows etc.) through utilization of computer controls and advanced process control (APC) software. * Initiate maintenance work orders as necessary to maintain plant equipment reliability and plant availability. * Complete routine inspections of general plant equipment and product quality via control room monitors and screens. Communicate via radio and phone to ensure area and equipment is in good condition or situation is understood to allow proper decisions to be made. * Assist with development, planning, coordination and execution of maintenance, metallurgical and operational activities. * Work with various department heads to perform tests, execute improvements and overall maintain production targets. * Utilizing historian and trending software, monitor and quickly make adjustments to reduce deviation within the plant. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Perform employee cross training and or cover field duties as required. Update or develop SOP’s and standards as required. * Basic knowledge of mineral processing technology and terminology, including the mechanical function of process equipment and the technical basis of mineral treatment processes (from crushing through to refining). المهارات *5-8 years’ experience in processing and control room operations (POX *preferred, Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, CIL required) *Good knowledge in English written and spoken *Mineral Processing Technology certificate or basic knowledge of PLC & *HMI’s (DCS, Delta-V, SCADA, HMI, Pi OSI Soft or other) *Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, typing, email, MMS), leadership skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/main-control-room-operator-4441176/ |
