Supervisor, Plant Shift

الوصف الوظيفي
* Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, MMS systems)

* Proven leadership skills, and experience managing multiple people (disciplines and cultures).  Ability to mentor and develop workforce.

* Contribute to the development of the operating budget, performance plans and reports. Ability to evaluate, hire and correct individual performance to align with company guidelines.

* Liaise with various department heads, vendors and suppliers to ensure guidance is met.

* Attend to breakdowns, changing priorities and cover peers while on rotation leave.

* Ensure inspections, compliance and completion of work duties. Develop or improve on standards and procedures to ensure compliance and continual improvement to sustain equipment availability.

* Review or develop reports to communicate with management.

* Manage budgets, timesheets, and safety statistics are in compliance with guidance.

* Ensure productivity of employees and contractors.

* Adhere to ICMI guidelines.

المهارات
*Engineering Degree or equivalent experience relative to complex process operations

*8 years hands on experience of process plant operation or metallurgy relating to gold mining or other mining facilities

*Good knowledge of English written and spoken

*+4 years in a senior supervisory role in mining related field, Metallurgy, Operations

*Strong technical skills across all aspects of operating systems for mining
