1- Acquisition new clients & add them to the company’s clients list..
preparing sales reports.
liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization
2- Responsibilities: Achieve the individual Monthly, Quarterly & yearly KPI’s
3- Performance goal: Keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run
