introducation
IT systems specialists develop, maintain and support an organisation’s IT systems, such as computer hardware, software, video conferencing, networks and database systems. They are also responsible for implementing security protocols, and Managed M-Files and WebGis programes

Key responsibilities
Install, manage and maintain all system hardware and software throughout the organisation, resolving problems where necessary
Maintaining the WEBGIS system and making the required modifications to it
The employee must activate backup at the level of data and settings, including the system and databases
manage the M-Files system inside the city with no less than three years of experience in the management of M-Files and has been accredited by M-Files for a period of 3 years
The employee must implement any required modifications to the system according to the requirements he collected from the departments that own the data
The employee must prove the correctness, quality and completeness of all transmitted data in several ways such as reports and displacement verification systems
The employee should study the technical needs of the Capacity Planning system
The employee must collect and analyze requirements and understand business needs
The employee must implement integration with city systems such as Active Directory and e-mail
Displacement includes transferring powers, structuring data, settings, and any other components necessary to complete the system
The rest of the files are displaced during the stability period
Data migration from the company’s own SharePoint system to the new M- File system. 1,000 files are migrated with set permissions
The employee must migrate the data from the existing (old) M-Files system to the new system
The employee is responsible for communicating with the other employee to migrate the data from their M-File system
The employee must create a directory and a clear mechanism for moving any components from the test environment to the DevSecOps end staging with
Evaluate and recommend improvements, modifications or changes to an organisation’s IT systems to reduce costs and upgrade the systems
Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency
Design and document all security measures and standards for all computer software and hardware
Develop and maintain Intranet and Internet web sites
Ensure periodic system backups are performed
Provide regular status reports to management
Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems
Maintain subject matter expertise in all applications for systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies
Educations
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering or related disciplines)
At least three years of experience in managing M-Files and has been accredited by M-Files for a period of 3 years
IT Service Desk experience in 1st/2nd level or comparable work experience
Very good experience in : Windows 10, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow
Good understanding of: Exchange, PowerShell, SharePoint, SQL, SCCM
Good business communication skills in English, German would be a definite plus
Any ServiceNow, Microsoft, ITL certificate would be an advantage
