Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Master’s degree in management or business administration is an advantage.
15 to 20 years of experience in construction industry and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in KSA.
Certified values-driven project management professional.
Firm foundation of the fundamentals of estimating and managing a construction project to meet its baseline and budget.
Projects control and problem-solving skills are essential.
ERP system improvement and implementation skills.
Awareness of innovative strategies and methodologies in construction.
Excellent analytical, administrative, and leadership abilities.
Ability to deliver high-performance within extremely tight timelines and precise goals.
Adequate financial management skills to control projects spending, cost allocation & optimization, and oversee cash flow forecasts.
Awareness of Health & safety policies & procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient people management and workforce development skills.
Reasonable expertise in procurement operations control and plans to yield the best possible agreements and proper supply chain.
Risk management skills and ability to be Proactive by foreseeing potential risks and devise a plan to address them.
Negotiation and contractual skills to settle disputes and reach agreements between two or more stakeholders.
Ability to interpret business needs and projects specific conditions.
