Roles and Responsibilities
• Develops and implements policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls related to own category so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers in a consistent manner Budget
• Contributes to the development of the business development budget and monitors financial performance of own category versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon Safety, Quality & Environment
Desired Candidate Profile
6 - 8 years relevant experience in business development in the manufacturing industry including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
Bachelors Degree in business or relevant field with preferably a post graduate qualification such as a Masters or MBA
