The Manager Sales will take personal responsibility for own actions and achieving results, resolving any issues that may arise. As Manager Sales you focus on desired results, sets and achieves challenging targets, utilises tools and techniques to assess outomes and to ensure desired results are met.
Main Responsibilities include:
• Follows policies and procedures correctly, completing work in a timely and consistent manner;
• The Sales Manager cares about quality in all aspects of the job. Maintains high standards, paying attention to detail, accuracy and completeness;
• Defines an annual commercial strategy in conjunction with the CEO;
• Executes the commercial strategy;
• Creates and maintains a (potential) customer database;
• Schedules regular visits to (potential) customers;
• Analyzes statistics which will include volumes, activities, revenue profitability and customers;
• Assists in operational issues and to execute local procurement of drums and services in close coordination with operations and CEO;
• Executes market research in both the present markets as well as the target markets for development;
• Maintains a relationship with entities active with other company s activities to explore syngergies,
• Pro-actively come up with any ideas for improvement.
