The technical team leader is responsible for developing operation for his Service Center as well as troubleshooting technical problems for the successful execution Customers devices.
Technical team leaders work with companies and information technology firms with their job descriptions involving provision of solutions to emerging technical issues facing the advancement of their organizations products and services.
As a professional, he/she is determined to ensure that items services/Repaired are in line with the Quality standards
A competent technical team leader possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
Due to the technical nature of the job, the leader needs to interact and develop technicality of team to improve CSI(Customer Satisfaction Index).
He/she provides assistance to the technical Head in creating and developing good objectives levels.
Working closely with members of the technical team provides the opportunity for the team leader to identify each member s strength and assigns tasks accordingly to them to achieve maximum results and productivity of all team delivery.
The leader is also responsible for securing the necessary tools and resources that may be required for the team to help them into their daily working for repair mobiles and PCs from all perspectives like (Software tools, Hand tools .etc).
It is also his/her duty to ensure that team members adhere to laid down regulations.
