Key responsibilities
- Manage customer end to end Shipment cycle starting from Order receipt, documentation, Cargo at origin, cargo in transit and arrival at destination in compliance with relevant company- procedures (SOP) and agreements with customer.
- Own all operational issues and facilitate their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
- Build customer relationships and be curious about customer business needs to serve customer better and identify new business opportunities
- Support the digitization initiatives, Own & Drive continuous Operation improvement initiative to satisfy customers and ensure we do things better and smarter
- Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, to process the shipments in time.
- Vendor performance management
- Prepares Billing/Charge structures as per the standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure timely closing of order financials
- Focus on process improvement from a customer perspective as well as internally.
- Ensure OPS KPI is fulfilled against target
- Ensure OPS strategy defined by team leader/Manager is executed
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred

- Bachelor s degree
- Saudi nationals only due to visa restriction
- Strong Logistics operational background with commercial mindset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations
- Positive attitude and proactive collaboration
- Good communication skills (vertically and horizontally with both internal and external stakeholders)
- Must have good knowledge of MS Excel
