الوصف الوظيفي Leading LSTK Multinational Contracting Company is looking for a trustworthy and proactive Project Manager with solid project management experience of 15+ years in the oil & gas LSTK-EPC projects, including the design engineering, and project control to handle its newly awarded EPC Pipelines project in KSA (Saudi Aramco). Job Specific Knowledge: The Project Manager should have strong experience in Saudi Aramco LSTK projects, including extensive experience of more than 15 years in oil & gas pipeline projects. The Project Manager shall possess a strong technical background across a wide range of disciplines in both engineering and construction with sound commercial awareness. The Project Manager shall be responsible for leading and developing the project’s team, including directing, coordinating, and exercising authority for planning, organization, leadership and completion of design engineering, materials procurement, and construction works researching and developing new construction methodologies, proposing budget for projects and overseeing all the activities related to the project. The Project Manager shall coordinate programs and activities to achieve a timely resolution to problems and new process launches and be accountable for the development of team capabilities and ensuring proper planning and project control to obtain maximum productivity, with full safety compliance and quality. The project manager shall be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. Responsible for solving any engineering or constructability issue that comes up in the project, resolving the technical questions and working with various other departments. Also, have to prepare executive reports on the progress of projects. As well as to provide technical and administrative directions to project team members. Project management & engineering management with knowledge in the project proposal, detail engineering, cost control, quality assurance & control, Team and Resource Management, Construction Support Management capacity to lead the Project(s). Well Experienced in handling Saudi Aramco Project & sound knowledge in Aramco standards, procedures, and documentation requirements. Excellent Project Management skills, time management, analytical, organizational, planning, and strong business acumen to ensure timely and adequate completion of all phases of the project. Excellent understanding of contracts and fully aware of scope control and change management procedures. Fully conversant with Company & Managerial Procedures, Procurement and Subcontracting. Effective Communication Skills, Leadership Qualities, negotiation skills and Decision making. Expert in providing technical input to the development of the transitional process between system design and detailed design. Supervise and coordinate the preparation of the project proposal/ front-end engineering, including development and analysis of alternates. Fully conversant with Engineering Standards and Procedures, Full exposure in Laying, testing commissioning of steel pipes in oil and gas distribution as per the standard tender procedure. Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements. Coordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers and related performing entities Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, Lead in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses. Responsible for providing oversight of contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants so that they are complying with their contractual requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the project’s engineering, procurement & construction activities in a manner that achieves a quality construction meeting performance parameters within the cost and schedule targets. Sound knowledge of Value Improvement practices and implementation Review the performance of project team members according to the result achieved. Ensure engineering design to carry out all engineering work as per requirement. Monitor and conduct reviews of detailed design and drawing specifications are as per Contractual requirements. Ensure compliance with Company objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the company from time to time. Manage all project functions related to project management, site management, project control, engineering management, procurement, construction management to meet the project goals. Take necessary corrective action to align the project back on track in case of deviations from plans (cost, schedule, quality, HSE, performance, operability, maintainability, etc.). Review the Scope of work and accordingly raise the change orders/variations to the client. Oversee the tasks, timelines, resources necessary to complete the project and ensure that the project stays on time and budget. Assess the work of sub-contractors periodically, measure the completed works and make recommendations to the management for payments to sub-contractors. Maintain positive working relationships with the Client project management team. Overseeing the major Interface points with other projects for all the disciplines and attending the Global Interface meeting, always maintaining strong work ethics Manage Safety and QA/QC programs are effectively established as per the contractual requirement. Monitor and conduct reviews of detailed designs and drawing specifications are as per the Bid Scope of Work. Review vendor/subcontract offerings and make recommendations for review of those most suitable for the project requirement. Develop and prepare the COR scope alignment and arrange for demonstrations/clarification meetings as requested by the Client. Oversee the tasks, timelines, resources necessary to complete the project and ensure that the project stays on time and budget. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly internal meetings with all discipline managers and project engineers, and ensure action points are liquidated in a timely manner Maintaining contractual obligations & monitoring customer inputs. Review customer feedback & ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain billing targets, cash flows & cost controls on the project. Ensure timely and sequential dispatches of invoices. Timely preparation and submission of MIS Reports, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, etc. pertaining to the project. Participate in the project meetings with customers, project teams and members of other departments for manpower planning, Finance for project budgets, Contracts department. Plan, organize, manage, lead, and control direct manpower and other resources in the execution while keeping manpower productivity in consideration. Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to resolve claims, disputes and issues holding the progress of jobs. Organize and attend project meetings to monitor projects progress. Review and ensure that the cost estimates prepared are accurate Undertake planning and full utilization of manpower. Develop and implement master Schedule as well as interface management Plan and manage organizing project requirements Monitor the subcontractor’s quality programs and processes and ensure conformance to contract technical requirements Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan for the project to ensure quality compliance. Interface with the client on all Quality related matters. Knowledge of material grades, fabrication & welding techniques, ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and weld joint symbols. Ensure Quality awareness within the project team. Coordinate and issue necessary PR for project requirements and equipment hire Review and comment on the organization and subcontractors project procedural documents addressing the control and verification methods which may affect quality conformance Expedite project-specific procedural documents and report the submission and approval status to Project Team Ensure all necessary document preparation is completed by the relevant groups, as may be required prior to work execution Interface with the QA department about the implementation of the project quality audit program and compile audit reports for submission to the Company management. Ensure that Project Specific specifications and other documents are kept up to date in the company’s drive and on the project-specific website Participate in the review of drawings Direct and manage project development from start-up to completion. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Create and execute project work plans and conduct revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Effectively apply standards of the client. Minimize exposure and hazards on the project. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly maintained. Review the status reports of team members and address issues as appropriate. Project’s Cost Control and Contract Management Develop the work Schedules Any other duty/task as assigned/requested by the management. Reporting, Analysis & Risk Management Regular reporting of progress updates and resource utilization to the business stakeholders in agreed formats. Active participation in Visual Management meetings for the reporting of task progress and priority. Maintaining and tracking team-related KPIs and preparing reports for the Management Team. Analysis of lessons learned and improvement actions. Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, process, change and improve design and equipment Demonstrated ability with cost analysis, product design methods, interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate all these skills into a productive cost-effective design. Maintenance of actions, issues, and risk registers. Business Development Support. المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical Minimum 15 years’ work experience as Project Manager in a Large Contracting Organization with ARAMCO PIPELINE PROJECT exposure Proven working experience in LSTK-EPC project management Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Skills and Characteristics Excellent client-facing and internal communication Excellent written and verbal communication Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution Strong management, leadership, interpersonal and organizational capability. Familiar with the latest Quality and Safety Standards. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, P6.
