Duties & Responsibilities (Shall Include but not limit to):
Review and lead role in the process for part master activities in support of rig operations, projects, capital, and corporate needs.
Maintaining and improving catalog quality.
Create, manage, and share the catalog operations reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with management.
Train & mentor the new joiners about the cataloging processes & guidelines.
Collect and review part master requests from different rigs/sites through SCM part catalogue ticking system via effective communication with operations as new and re-sourced parts and equipment flow through system.
Collaborate with other departments procurement, technical support, HSE, operations to deliver better results from Catalog Operations Team.
Manage update and maintain part master data in inventory system.
Understand the different classes of inventory part main groups, maintenance, repair, operating supplies.
Support requestors on category management plan (categorize accounting group / product family /segment / classify).
Prioritize, part master requests to achieve established goals in an efficient timely manner.
Identify non-moving and obsolete inventory.
Provide cataloging and inventory improvement reports and GAP analysis.
Support other supply chain management activities, as required.
Visiting offshore rigs when required.
