• Focused on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs & drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content
• Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
• Responsible for onboarding customers to operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
• Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise
• Improve service provided along with design expertise
• Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
HSP/TA responsibilities may include one of the below subjects:
• Therapeutic Area: HSP/TA Liaison will focus on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs to improve the impact of our medicines on patients and society while also creating a better customer experience
• Key Focus Areas:
• Proactive to KOLs and reactive to both KOLs and specialists
• Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content
• Knowledge of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
• Better physician knowledge of our data in the context of improving patient impact and experience
• Onboarding of HCP on Digital Engagement Portal
• Partnership: HSP/Partnership will be responsible for partnering with HCPs & KOLs / organizations multidisciplinary teams design and implement digital solutions and to ensure best experience of Pfizer products
• Own customer coverage plan for identified business area and ensure adequate coverage while also preventing overlap with other commercial function areas
• Key Focus Areas:
• Partnership with multidisciplinary stakeholders internal and external (account executives/ BT/ admins/nursing/ clinical ph./policy makers/etc.) to enhance the impact of our medicines of Pfizer products.
• Onboarding of Customers on Digital Engagement Portal
• LOE Brands: HSP/LOE partner with marketing team to provide content and dissemination of information to relevant HCPs Key Performance Indicators:
• Developing/selecting appropriate content
• Utilizing digital platforms to maximize the HCP reach
• Project: HSP/Project will be responsible for managing projects (Adult Immunization / Smoking Cessation) end to end
• Key Focus Areas:
• Management of defined projects and achievement of project objectives within set timeframe o Ensure effective Project impact for defined customer
• Stakeholder engagement and impact
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor s degree in pharmacy or medicine
• 3 years Experience in providing educational scientific contents to HCP
• Track record of partnering with HCP on initiatives that positively impact patient s treatment outcomes
• High level knowledge and experience in chosen Therapeutic area
• Knowledge of healthcare environment - Structures/ Functionality/ Processes
• Demonstrated Customer and business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Digital Learning Agility
• Excellence in planning and preparation for customer interaction, using most relevant resources to maximize outcome
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers throughout excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, business analytical skills, influencing and Interpersonal communication ability
