الوصف الوظيفي 1- Develop and follow up the implementation of the strategic marketing plan to ensure an appropriate annual growth rate in the company's profits 2- Develop operational plans for implementation and set up a mechanism to monitor the results on a monthly basis 3- Determine the estimated budget for the marketing department to achieve the desired goals and develop a plan for advertising and promotion activities 4- Work and prepare the organizational structure of the marketing department and define its tasks, as well as determine the ways to measure the performance of the marketing team and take corrective measures that ensure the achievement of marketing objectives in accordance with the set plan. 5- Preparing approved written policies and procedures that define the functions and objectives of the administration and the attached executive procedures 6- Develop a pricing strategy that aims to achieve the largest market share (market participation ratio) in the long run. 7- Proposing new marketing methods, developing existing ones, and addressing the gaps in marketing campaigns 8- Participate with both the general manager and the sales manager to set an appropriate pricing policy to achieve the annual goals 9- Determining the marketing campaigns from budgets and timing of launching and estimating the sales effects of those campaigns 10- Conducting marketing studies, whether on current or new products.
