الوصف الوظيفي • Coordinate with sources for regular supply of gases / liquids as per demand and supply plan • Handling import/Export DG Cargo Shipments (Tanks, Cylinders, Dewars) – Pure Gases and Mixtures • Arranging Import /Export shipment of packaged gases and bulk liquids through cross borders– full coordination with Supply chain, Operation Team, Freight Forwarder and Custom clearing agents • Arranging shipment from GCC to KSA; KSA to GCC • Handling Local Deliveries and documentation required by Customer and obtain all Customs Formalities • Provides teamwork with different departments such as Sales, Production and Supply chain • Responsible for evaluating technology that leads to transport efficiency, safety adherence and improve customer service. • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction is enhanced through better transport planning and demand fulfillment. • Responsible to co-ordinate on a day- to – day basis with production and sales for product availability and demand fulfillment. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable transport safety regulations and safety standards related to local Requirement and Transport Safety Manual. • Track, update & follow up on inbound and outbound shipments • Comply with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001standards, procedures and audit requirements • Any other jobs assigned by direct manager المهارات • Good computer skills such as ERP, MS office and other software knowledge and experience تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/supply-and-sourcing-officer-4496161/ |
