Manager, Regional Planning
Sector: NEOM Authority - Land Mobility
Job Location: Sharma, KSA
* Lead Regional mobility and land use planning efforts to provide NEOM with innovative and efficient network and digital technologies to meet the required road, rail and marine transport services and operational requirements * Ensure NEOM builds robust and efficient planning structures that promote innovation and entrepreneurial productivity, based on governance activities, regulations and policies * Design a framework for categorization of governance, regulations and policies with respect to Regional * Planning, including the alignment of mobility and land use * Identify list of NEOM’s existing and potential mobility and development projects * Experience in managing a team of individuals working through multiple competing priorities * Strong experience with Project Management and client relationship management is an asset * Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic team player committed to building a culture which fosters growth and opportunities * Specific examples of work and project experience in the Middle East region, with experience in Saudi Arabia strongly preferred * Complete fluency in English is required * Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), with knowledge in other presentational and organizational products or multimedia tools being an advantage * Minimum Bachelors or Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning (Master’s Degree preferred) * 8-10 years of experience in leading mobility related leading roles in planning development with some background in emerging technology or network projects
