Function & Responsibilities: Responsible for all general commercial and administration tasks. Assistance with the interpretation and execution of the contractual standards and commitments. Overall commercial and contract management. Direct supervision of administration and logistics section managers. Supervises all section managers regarding commercial issues. Administration of financial, personnel, procurement and support related affairs. Budget controlling. Compilation of business reports. Approval for the purchase of equipment, tools and other maintenance related commodities. Preparation of proposals for renewals and investments. Responsibility for the budget and the preparation of proposals. Follows the applicable EHS rules, regulations and procedures. Required Experience: Has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline. 8+ years proven track records of maintenance in the rail industry with similar management experience. Experience in working with a multi-national company. Has two years experience of working with projects. Excellent command of English.
