Your Role supports the Order Manager in fulfilling the responsibility for completion of all tasks with commercial and logistics relevance, such as: · Sales Order Management · VAP Agreements · Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Warehouse handling · Forecasting, Budgeting & reporting of key financial data including deviation analysis. · Understanding Financial Statements and Analysis · Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Promissory Notes · Understanding Legal and Compliance Framework · Receivable Management and Follow-ups · Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings · RIC, Compliance and Legal Topics · Operating Expenses · Understanding and Using the Financial Tools and Interfaces What do I need to qualify for this job? · Educational Background + Passion+ Willingness + Ownership + Commitment + Analytical Skills + Ability to express oneself Commitment to follow rules regulations and Processes · Team Player with a flair for leadership · Team building in a multinational environment. · Minimum graduation/Diploma in Commerce, Economics or Business. · Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office & business management desirable. · Proficient in use of computer & standard office software. · Proficiency in English written and verbal skills Internship Duration: 6-12 Months Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Ltd.
