The role holder is responsible for conducting periodic assessment of STC’s existing organization structure and its operating model to ensure that the organization structure supports the achievement of strategies and organization objectives by providing recommendations on L1 & L2 organization structure, undertaking restructuring exercise after approval, and detailing structure for all L1 & L2 Units. The role holder is also responsible for developing org design principles & guidelines based on best practice to be followed by Business Partners , as well as providing on going advises for Business Partners regarding all OD matters. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
- Proposes org design principles & guidelines based on best practices and methodologies and ensure these principles and guidelines are documented and communicated across Business Partners to ensure alignment with agreed standards. - Reviews STC’s operating model considering market trends and proposes any changes in alignment with STC’s strategic objectives. - Delivers on-going advices for all Business Partners regarding matters related to org design to ensure Business Partners are equipped with latest supporting information. - Coordinates with L&D;to deliver workshop, training with internal/ external experts to equip Business Partners with required knowledge to implement STC org design methodologies in related functions. - Coordinates with leading international consultancy to seek advises regarding enhancement opportunities of STC org design. - Proposes changes to the company’s L1 & L2 organization structure & job profiles whenever required and submits the recommendations to management for approval. - Maintains a centralized folder that contains STC Org structures R&Rs;and Job profiles and ensure it is updated regularly. - Administrates the sharing of any changes in org structures/positions, grading with Organization Data Management changes in order to reflect changes in People systems (ERP). - Proposes and maintains a governance model containing guiding principles, people strategy, cost management and risk assessment related to OD for all Business Partners activities in order to reduce risk and adherence to compliance to the model. - Administrates all Business Partners Cross-functional Org design activities to ensure stability of current STC org structure. - Assesses the implementation of change in org design on people and systems and provide recommendation accordingly.
