The role holder is responsible for Develop & Manage stc Academy Marketing Strategy & Go to Market Plan. The role holder is also responsible for Develop & Manage stc Academy Communication Strategy in alignment with Corporate Communication. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stc stipulated business policies and procedures.
Managerial Responsibilities - Participates in the development and implementation of the Marketing & Communication plans, in line with the corporate objectives. - Directs and manages the Marketing & Communication Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. - Interprets and implements change in Marketing & Communication Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. - Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in Marketing & Communication Section. Core Responsibilities - Develops & Manages stc Academy Marketing Strategy & Go to Market Plan - Develops & Manages stc Academy Communication Strategy in alignment with Corporate Communication. - Supports Business Development & schools in enhancing stc Academy offering based on Market insights - Liaise with the Corporate Communication to deliver related messages including the development of Academy related aspect such as motion, video editing. - Develops stc Academy website in terms of site architecture. - Liaise with the Corporate Communication to deliver messages and build communication contents in accordance with corporate brand guidelines. - Manages and executes the development of all stc Academy marketing communications in alignment with Corporate Communication. - Develops marketing campaigns for stc Academy products and services to external customers (Corporate and Public) to attract more customers. - Identify target audiences and customer segments and analyze their characteristics, behavior, and media habits, and determine the appropriate type of media to use - Develops creative and new digital concepts to communicate products and services in coordination with creative/ media agencies - Implements communications campaigns including media planning and management, exhibitions and events, seminars, eChannels (social media, online marketing, telemarketing), PR and internal communications. - Supervises distribution and installation of printable materials and leaflets People Management Responsibilities - Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process. - Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Marketing & Communication Section, in line with the business and operational plans. - Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Marketing & Communication Section. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director - Business Development & Account Management in order to meet General objectives.
