THIS POSITION IS POSTED FOR TARGETING A CANDIDATE ON THE SAME GRADE (TRANSFER) The role holder is responsible for maintaining continuous evolution of a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term. .The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
• Collaborates engaging content that acts and speaks uniquely and deepens the relationship people have with STC brand.
• Plans, designs and develops advertising campaigns for Corporate Communication and FUs for targeting internal / external customers.
• Designs creative theme and artwork adaptation according to ATL / BTL specification in order engage various audiences.
• Designs & develops creative collateral like, TVC, Animated Videos, Photo-shoot, and Radio in order to support STC’s businesses.
• Creates and manage overall theme and adaptation of artwork for all non-BU related events, seminars and workshops to lead a positive client experience.
• Initiates deploy and manage digital programs launched by corporate communication in order to enhance the efficiency and its effectiveness.
• Generates timely corporate content, launched on social media platforms owned by STC e.gFacebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc. related to non-Bus in order to keep the customers/audiences positively engaged.
• Maintains continuous evolution of a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term.
• Monitors and ensure agencies are delivering as per agreed SLAs in terms of quality and other requirements.
• Performs operational performance of agencies in order to ensure the requirements and as well compliance with STC standards.
