Is specialized in at least one application area and in integrating this application

area with other functional areas of the solution

 Acts as coach in one or more project teams and monitors the technical side as

well as the progress of the project

 Has in-depth knowledge of the total ASAP methodology and / or alternative

innovative project approaches

 Supports colleagues in their activities

 Translates complex problems into the required SAP solution

 Has at least 7 years of SAP HCM support experience, interacting directly w/

business

 Preferably certified in SAP HCM
