To develop and enhance neoleap products with the express aim of creating a heightened awareness of the neoleap products maintaining highest quality standards to meet market share targets within the Organizational policies and procedures.
Key Accountability:
Manage full product life cycle from concept to end of life.
Monitor product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and make recommendations regarding new and existing functionalities to address challenges in the product strategy.
Maintain Product backlog and provide effective prioritization for backlog.
Ensure regular meetings conducted with internal/External product stakeholders for smooth delivery.
Support & Manage key customer focused projects
Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to determine product and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinates activities of the product team.
Drive data mindset in the team, guide in terms of methodology, support and execute testing, and be a quality gatekeeper on data leading to product decisions.
Develop in-depth analytical understanding for what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved.
Leverage insights from analytics data by providing analyses, reports and dashboards for, product management and other departments.
