Job Description and Qualifications
QA/QC Engineer for Piping/Mechanical/Machinery
Ensuring the Implementation of project Quality Procedures, Specification, Company Standards are in place.
Supervising and arranging discipline QC Inspector at site with area responsibility.
Review / Implementation of contractor/sub-contractor ITPs, QA/QC Plan, Construction Quality Program (CQP), procedures to confirm compliance with contractual requirements. Ensures correct version of contract documents and drawings are used. Assist the Site quality lead in
Monitoring Contractors QC programs and personnel for full compliance. Participate in review and endorsement of Contractors QC personnel. Monitor the performance of special processes including qualifications of operators.
Monitoring Contractors RFIs, ITPs, Checklist and report raised by subcontractor and it is updated regular basic.
Follow up with client to get approval for the Project Quality Documents & Quality Personal approval.
Tracking of IFC drawings and its updates revisions to control use of superseded drawings at site.
Ensures that contractors/fabricators maintain records of calibration of equipment used in production of work activities.
Preparing the procedures for the special works and maintaining its updated revisions all the time.
Liaise with contractor for the Concrete trial mix design with Batching plant group and follow up for the expediting approval from Client.
Participating in weekly Quality Meeting, Project Management Meetings with Client, Internal construction Meeting with Subcontractors.
Addressing Non-Conformity Issues of subcontractors through NCR Document and also handling Client NCR, Focus Assessment Reports, Log Book Entries liaise with Document controller.
Assists the site quality lead in audits of contractor/fabricators’ compliance with procedures and specifications. Highlight serious and high risk findings to Management.
Verify as built red lined drawings as required.
Participate in discipline incident investigations, including root cause analysis with recommending actionable and sustainable learning’s
Preparing Internal Punch list during PMCC walk down.
Participating PMCC meetings & walk down with Client, Proponent for final punch list.
Preparing Final Dossier Book
Interface Engineer
Coordinate with client and AP EPC Engineering team for defining the complete technical detail of all interfaces as per AP-EPC Scope.
Ensure that a comprehensive, multi-functional review of any Interface Agreement request, also ensure to involve all stakeholders in the Interface Agreements workshop.
Develop and maintain an effective and efficient electronic database management system for Interface Agreements in order to ensure that the IA Process and approvals are achieved in accordance with in the IA procedure period.
The Interface Engineer will be accountable for managing trend analysis of Project incidents that have relevance to interface.
Lead IA data management, i.e. gathering information from various sources, analysing and ensuring accessibility by approved project employees.
Interfacing with the various functions and disciplines: operational and functional leaders in Operations, Engineering and HSEQ.
Updating leadership on overall IA process performance, suggesting, and implementing improvements.
Facilitating interfaces at designated sites, including interfaces between designated contractors and adjacent contractors, including Principal Contractors.
Prepare and share the overall summary of all interfaces as per AP-EPC Scope.
Discuss with Site Project Manager, Site Manager, and Project Engineering Manager, if there is any interface having conflicts for the area of responsibility with other interface stack holders.
Providing constructability input during review of contractor/engineering submissions.
Communicate all the key information with other discipline regarding the interfaces
