JOB OVERVIEW
Serve as Technical Marketing link of Project / Technical team.
Ensure that the process engineering requirements of all Capital projects & Product development delivered are technically fit for purpose and meet the statutory & regulatory requirements.
Provide input for Project engineering & Process engineering input for better project governance.
Assist Product development value stream for process preparation, costing, project & product quality.
Evaluate the Project Charters from the Ideation stage, optimize requirements to fit for purpose & carry over the project to Planning phase from Ideation and initiation.
Evaluate projects / products after realization to audit the Delivery Check Gate.
Risk management in Product Development & Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Steer the Product Development & Project development activities from Ideation phase to Planning phase.
Work with multi-disciplinary internal & external stakeholders for creating a successful Project / Process.
Work on regulatory and statutory requirements of the projects.
Handover the Planning phase projects to Implementation phase to Project engineer / other project staff.
Draft project ideas for value engineering & value addition, comply functional, regulatory & statutory requirements.
Tracks the metrics of Project & Product development & feed the MIS.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders of the project & Technical team associated tasks.
Should consult with the line management over major technical issues & tasks else should independently be capable of handling with minimum supervision.
Work on risk management, continuous excellence.
Accommodate change management
Responsible for incorporation of lessons learnt from previous projects into the new projects
Works on costing of the Capex and support other teams for product costing
Handle risk management of the Projects and Product Development
Not limited to the above but to all universal requirements of Technical Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational – Graduation in Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Engineering
Experience – 8+ Years in Process engineering with Project experience in Plastics Packaging for Food, Medical
industry. Preferable with Clean room experience
Preference – Worked in Plastics conversion related to Food, Pharma & Medical industry.
Clean room exposure would be advantage. ISO Auditors for the same industry
Advantages – Knowledge on Business Process modelling & Project costing, Cost Accounting, Project
management.
Personal Attributes – Possess excellent analytical & math skills with strong communication skills.
Leadership capabilities, Detail oriented, possess strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills, Strong
presentation & communication skills, High time management skills. Possess thoroughness, independent,
critical information seeking from different stakeholders and aware of standards.
Certifications – PMP could be advantageous.
Language – Speak & Write English Fluently
Computer Skills – MS Office, Basics for ERP modules , MS Projects & AutoCAD.
Salary Range is between SAR 6,170 - 8,207
