Sales Manager (Manpower Company)
Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales function of the manpower company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. This involves collaborating with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and values
Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to develop staffing solutions that meet clients’ needs
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
Monitor and analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
Prepare sales reports and presentations to senior management
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the senior management team
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in the staffing industry
Strong understanding of sales best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience managing a team of sales professionals
Knowledge of sales-related software and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
