الوصف الوظيفي The purpose of the job is to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the products/services/solutions that are available (the pre-sales role); to troubleshoot problems with their implementations—that is, to help ensure that the solutions work successfully once the buying decision has been made (the post-sales role); and to maximize sales by providing such help to the customers. The position will serve as the main point of contact for customers by combining technical knowledge with sales skills. Key Responsibility Areas & Activities Planning Assistance & Implementation Assist in the design and development of the department Sales and Marketing Plan. Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales. Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline. Organize sales visits as and when required. Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements. Pre and Post Sale Activities Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education. Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required. Follow up on collections. Support & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report Daily Reports and discuss on weekly basis. Support company marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, etc., when requested. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Achieve pre-established sales targets & objectives. Lead Response Time Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Selling volume Work Environment May involve frequent client site visits. Communication & Working Relationships: Internal: Finance, Operations, ADS External: Customer, Conference/Exhibition Organizers Decision Making: Mode of communication Deciding which lead to forward to management Problems & Challenges: Maintaining Customer Relationships Post-Sale Delay of client responses Delay due to operations.
