QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, sub processes and their links to automated tasks in IT
- Knowledge of relevant business process standards (for example, business process
modelling notation)
- Highly Experience in UML
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, interpersonal skills.
Education:
MCA, MBA or equivalent.
Experience :
- 5 years’ experience in business Analysis and Design.
- 2 years in designing solution in Finance domain.
Job related Skills
* Fluency in speaking and writing both Arabic and English Languages
*In-depth experience with process redesign methods
*Hands-on experience with process modelling, analysis and simulation tools
*Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
*Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts on Projects
*Motivated by long-term perspective
*Intellectually inquisitive
