• Assists in payroll activities such as recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls.
• Partners with accounting department to maintain the employee’s data updated.
• Conduct a reviews and updates on employee’s information and data.
• Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll issues.
• Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and position titles of newly hired employees, their employee numbers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
• Adjusts payroll errors and responds to complaints with the supervision of the direct manager.
• Assists the HR & Admin Manager with salary administration issues.
• Review the HR/Payroll System on a timely based manner.
• Calculate the deductions and overtimes.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
