الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensures that all reactive & corrective maintenance tasks are performed in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.
- Monitors running conditions of various plants & equipment such as temperature, pressure etc. to comply with maintenance requirements of the Section.
- Tests & verifies alarm status of assigned plant and equipment to comply with routine inspection requirements & standards.
- Ensures regular updating & maintenance of plant history, time cards, files & documents.
- Reports significant findings to superior such as mechanical breakdown, alarms etc.
-Checks operational efficiency of chillers, pumps, cooling towers and Boilers.
-Maintains stock of essential spares and parts for immediate restoration of equipment/machinery- Follows proper safety procedures
