• Planning routes for every delivery vehicle, creating new routes, and merging routes or closing unprofitable routes after getting required approvals.
• Keeping strong relations and contacts with client to ensure the continual generation of business opportunities.
• Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by supervising on corrective support services to adjust customer complaints.
• Managing and Reducing the expired and returned products.
• Overseeing the communication with the warehouse, DC and depots to ensure meeting the selling requirements on time and without delay.
• Collecting sales information and competitors status in the market ad submitting these information to the Marketing Department.
• Monitoring the retail sales vehicles cleanliness and appearance .
• Coordinating with Fleet Maintenance Engineer regarding planned\ unplanned maintenance for Retail sales vehicles .• Monitoring the sales quota achievement against the pre-set sales plan and recommend proper solutions to the direct supervisor to mitigate any deviations.

- Knowledge in food retail sales (Traditional trade )
