#Project_Manager (Mechanical HVAC /Civil ) PMP Holder , is required for a leading construction company located in KSA :

job description
-Manages the Section to meet the development program requirements.
-Coordinates the Section’s activities with those of other Sections within the Engineering Department.
-Supervises technical performance of personnel within the Section.
-Provides technical advice to other Sections.
-Represents the Section at project and inter-sectional meetings, as appropriate.
-Prepares technical specifications and scope of work descriptions.
-Prepares interface layouts and conflicts solutions.
-Prepares man hour estimates and material takeoffs.
-Prepares technical correspondence, reports, and studies.
-Primary Location: Saudi Arabia-Riyadh- Jeddah

Qualifications :-
-Bachelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering .
-PMP Holder is a must .
-Exp from 10 - 15 years and Minimum 5 years as a discipline supervisor/team leader.
-Design of mechanical for infrastructural, building, hospitals and hotels plants.
-Good English language .
KSA Residential is a Must .
